油壓升降傾倒擂撌機主要用於魚漿、豬、牛、羊、雞、花枝及化工原料之擂撌攪拌。具有不銹鋼型及一般型兩種，可裝置冰水循環冷卻系統（價格另計）。

貢丸 (豬肉丸)、牛肉丸製造程序
冷凍肉 → 冷凍肉刨肉機 → 高速碎肉機 → 打漿機(或擂潰機) → 成型機 → 水煮機 → 冷卻 → 吹乾 → 包裝 → 入庫

(小型魚) 魚丸製造過程
新鮮魚 → (手工)切頭肚 → 洗魚機 → 魚肉魚刺分離機 → 迴轉篩(漂洗) → 螺旋脫水機 → 濾雜機 → 絞碎機 → 打漿機(或擂潰機) → 成型機 → 水煮機 → 冷卻 → 吹乾 → 包裝 → 入庫

鯊魚、大型魚魚丸製造過程
冷凍魚肉 → 冷凍肉刨肉機 → 絞肉機 → 擂潰機械打漿機 → 成型機 → 水煮機 → 冷卻 → 吹乾 → 包裝 → 入庫

Frozen meal -> Slicing -> Meat mincing -> Blending or Smashing -> Forming -> Cooling -> Drying ->Packing -> Stocking

Processes for making fish ball of small fish.
Fresh fish -> Culting fish head and stomach -> Fish washing -> Fish meat & bone separating -> Rotary screen(rinse) -> Screw pressing -> Filtering -> Mincing -> Blending or Smashing -> Forming -> Cooking -> Cooling -> Drying -> Packing -> Stocking

Processes for making fish ball of shark or big fish
Frozen fish meat -> Slicing -> Mincing -> Blending or Smashing -> Forming -> Cooking -> Cooling -> Drying -> Packing -> Stocking
