冷凍肉 → 冷凍肉刨肉機 → 高速碎肉機 → 打漿機(或擂潰機) → 成型機 → 水煮機 → 冷卻 → 吹乾 → 包裝 → 入庫

(小型魚) 魚丸製造過程
新 鮮魚 → (手工)切頭肚 → 洗魚機 → 魚肉魚刺分離機 → 迴轉篩(漂洗) → 螺旋脫水機 → 濾雜機 → 絞碎機 → 打漿機(或擂潰機) → 成型機 → 水煮機 → 冷卻 → 吹乾 → 包裝 → 入庫

鯊魚、大型魚 魚丸製造過程
冷 凍魚肉 → 冷凍肉刨肉機 → 絞肉機 → 擂潰機械打漿機 → 成型機 → 水煮機 → 冷卻 → 吹乾 → 包裝 → 入庫

Frozen fish meat -> Slicing -> Mincing -> Blending or Smashing -> Forming -> Cooking -> Cooling -> Drying -> Packing -> Stocking
